Two college dropouts from Kiambu county, David and Moses have invented a bio-robotic prosthetic arm to help improve the lives of those who have lost their limbs. The two refused to let the expensive school fees that made them drop out of college from realizing their dream to help their community.
Locate in Kiambu county in Kikuyu, north of the capital city Nairobi, lies their innovative technology that can help people living with disabilities. Their workshop, consist of a simple shed made out of worn-out rusted iron sheet standing next to a chicken house. Inside the workshop, everything is well organized with a futuristic look to it. Hazard symobls dotting the boxes of valuable equipment is one of the feature one can identfiy easily inside the workshop.
